You can delete your Introdice account at any time. This page explains how to do it and what happens to your data afterward.
How to Delete Your Account
From within the Introdice app:
- Open the Introdice app on your phone
- Tap the Profile tab in the bottom navigation
- Tap the Settings icon
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account
- Confirm your choice when prompted
Your account will be deleted immediately upon confirmation.
Alternative — By Email
If you cannot access the app, you may also request account deletion by emailing majid@naturofyme.com from the email address registered to your account. Include your registered phone number or email so we can verify your identity. We will process email deletion requests within 7 business days.
What Gets Deleted
Permanently removed within 30 days:
- Your profile (name, age, bio, occupation, education, height, interests)
- All uploaded photos and gallery images
- Your matches and likes history
- All messages you've sent or received
- Your location history
- Account credentials and login data
- Device identifiers tied to your account
What May Be Retained
Kept for limited periods, only where required:
- Reports filed against you — retained for safety and moderation purposes for up to 2 years
- Records required by law — financial records (if applicable), legal hold orders, or fraud investigation data
- Backup snapshots — encrypted backups may contain your data for up to 90 days before being overwritten in the normal backup rotation
Account deletion is permanent. Once your account is deleted, your profile, photos, matches, and messages cannot be recovered. If you create a new account in the future, it will start fresh with no connection to your deleted account.
Before You Delete
If you're considering deleting your account, here are alternatives that might suit you better:
- Pause your account — toggle your visibility off in Settings → Availability. You can come back anytime without losing your matches and messages.
- Update your preferences — adjust your filters (age range, distance, gender preferences) to see different people.
- Block users — if a specific user is the problem, block them and they will never appear or contact you again.
