This Privacy Policy explains how Introdice ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you use the Introdice mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service").
1. Information We Collect
Account Information
- Name, age, gender, date of birth
- Phone number and/or email address
- Profile photos and gallery images
- Bio, interests, preferences, occupation, education, height
- Account credentials (passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text)
Location Data
With your permission, we collect your device's GPS location to show you people nearby. You may revoke location access at any time in your device settings, but the Service requires location to function.
Usage and Device Information
- Device model, operating system, unique device identifiers
- IP address, log data, crash reports
- Interactions within the app (matches, messages, likes)
Messages and Content
Messages exchanged between users are stored on our servers to deliver them and to allow review in case of reports. We do not read messages routinely, but we may access them when investigating reports of abuse, harassment, or policy violations.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the Service, including matching you with nearby users
- To enable communication between users
- To verify identity and prevent fraud, spam, and abuse
- To moderate content and enforce our Community Guidelines
- To respond to reports of inappropriate behavior
- To send service-related notifications
- To comply with legal obligations
3. How We Share Information
We share information only in these limited cases:
- With other users: your public profile information (name, age, photos, bio, interests) is visible to other users in accordance with the matching features of the Service
- Service providers: we use trusted third-party providers for hosting, push notifications, analytics, and crash reporting. These providers process data only on our behalf
- Legal requirements: we may disclose information when required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of users
- Business transfers: in the event of merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we permanently delete your profile data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for the resolution of disputes, prevention of fraud, or enforcement of our agreements.
5. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as PIPEDA (Canada), GDPR (European Union), or CCPA (California), including:
- Access to the personal data we hold about you
- Correction of inaccurate data

6. Account Deletion
You can delete your account at any time directly from within the Introdice app: go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Once deleted, your profile, photos, messages, and associated data will be permanently removed from our active systems within 30 days. See our Account Deletion page for more details.
7. Children's Privacy
Introdice is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that a minor has registered, we will delete their account and associated data immediately. If you believe a minor is using the Service, contact us at majid@naturofyme.com.
8. Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, server access controls, and regular monitoring. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. International Data Transfers
Our servers may be located outside of your country of residence. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information across borders, subject to appropriate safeguards.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or via email. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
