Welcome to Introdice. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Introdice mobile application and website (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Introdice. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- You are not prohibited from using the Service under the laws of your jurisdiction
- You will use the Service in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws
2. Account Registration
To use Introdice, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Providing only truthful information in your profile
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information, impersonate others, or violate these Terms.
3. Community Guidelines
Introdice is built on respect. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Harassment, threats, or abuse directed at any user
- Hate speech, discrimination, or content targeting race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability
- Nudity, sexually explicit content, or solicitation
- Spam, scams, or fraudulent activity
- Impersonating another person or creating fake profiles
- Sharing personal information of others without their consent
- Promoting illegal activity
- Soliciting money, prizes, or financial information
- Using the Service for commercial purposes without our written permission
4. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you post (photos, bio, messages, etc.), but you grant Introdice a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
You are responsible for all content you upload. By posting content, you confirm:
- You own or have the rights to share the content
- The content does not violate any third party's rights
- The content complies with these Terms and applicable laws
5. Reporting & Moderation
Introdice provides tools for users to report and block other users. Reports are reviewed and may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent removal of accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
Zero tolerance: Accounts found to be soliciting minors, distributing non-consensual intimate imagery, or engaging in human trafficking will be terminated immediately and reported to relevant authorities.
6. Safety Disclaimer
Introdice connects users but cannot verify the identity, character, or intentions of every user. You meet other users at your own risk. We strongly recommend:
- Meeting in public places for first encounters
- Telling a trusted friend or family member where you'll be
- Never sending money to people you've met online
- Trusting your instincts and reporting suspicious behavior
Introdice does not conduct criminal background checks on users.
7. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time through the app (Profile → Settings → Delete Account) or by contacting us at majid@naturofyme.com.
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
- You violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines
- You provide false information
- Your account is reported by multiple users
- Required by law
8. Intellectual Property
The Introdice name, logo, app design, source code, and all related materials are the property of Introdice and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works without our written permission.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Introdice shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to interactions with other users.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Introdice and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
